Learn about a variety of Spanish regional cheeses and wines, what makes a wine/cheese pairing work, and how to get into a 'tasting' frame of mind. Then we'll sample away!
Your tasting guide, Tracy Kellner, spent a decade in the restaurant industry learning about food and wine synergy before opening Provenance Food & Wine in 2006. Since then, Tracy has researched, sniffed, tasted, analyzed, spit back, lauded, bought, and enjoyed hundreds of wines & cheeses from all over the world, and has met with dozens of vintners and cheese makers both at home and abroad. She's given workshops and classes at her shop, to private groups, and for institutions, including the Illinois Institute of Art.
